SAP agrees to buy TechWolf to put skills data at the core of SuccessFactors
SAP has agreed to acquire Ghent-based TechWolf, whose AI maps employees' tasks and skills, and plans to make it a core of SuccessFactors. Terms were not disclosed; closing is expected in Q4.
